With the week coming to an end of mental health week, we at Farmeco explored more about mental health and well being and we were graced by a Farmeco shareholder, Tim Sayers who elightened us more about mental well being.
"Putting all thoughts together about mental wellbeing Tim mental well being surely it's just a matter of putting yourself together and go for a walk or going to the pub with the lads and it was a little always about mental wellbeing".
